Syed Farook was a privileged San Bernardino County employee of San Bernardino County. Jewish Zionist owned U.S. main stream media refuses to investigate and interview his brother with  the same name who is a decorated ex U.S.Navy intelligence office married to a Russian Israeli wife who the alleged anti-Israel Islamiic terrorist apparently got along well with and who  even signed as a witness to their marriage. If the alleged San Bernardino County employee-terrorist Syed Farook hated Israelis so much then why did both he and Enrique Marquez willingly and happily  sign as witnesses to his brother's marriage to an Iszraeli Jew in the first place !? Further, why did Enrique Marquez then himself go and marry the Israeli Russian Jewish sister of U.S. Navy hero Farook's Jewish Israeli wife?!Somethings rotten in Israeli Zionist controlled San Bernardino where the daily paper itself has censored all mention of the Jewish wives from their censored articles !

Late last night a Twitter account associated with San Bernardino County said that it worked under the direction of the FBI to reset Syed Farook’s iCloud password. Why does that matter? Because it would make the FBI liars.

As you probably know by now, the FBI has demanded that Apple break into the San Bernardino terrorist’s iPhone. Apple has refused, insisting that doing so would set a terrible precedent. But both the FBI and Apple are currently waging a fierce PR battle over one of the possible ways that information from the phone could’ve been retrieved in the early stages of the investigation: Hacking Farook’s iCloud password and causing his phone to push information to the cloud remotely.

In a filing yesterday the FBI claimed that the owner of the phone, San Bernardino County, had been the one who bungled the auto-backup of the phone to iCloud. San Bernardino County was Farook’s employer because he worked for the local Department of Health. The County technically owned the phone (emphasis mine):

[...] to attempt an auto-backup of the SUBJECT DEVICE with the related iCloud account (which would not work in this case because neither the owner nor the government knew the password to the iCloud account, and the owner, in an attempt to gain access to some information in the hours after the attack, was able to reset the password remotely, but that had the effect of eliminating the possibility of an auto-backup) [...]
But San Bernardino County’s Twitter account (which remains unverified but appears authentic) now claims that it was working under the FBI’s orders. Specifically the tweet said, “The County was working cooperatively with the FBI when it reset the iCloud password at the FBI’s request.”

San Bernardino County Calls the FBI Liars Over Terrorist's iCloud Account
This statement contradicts both the FBI’s insinuations that San Bernardino County acted alone and the claims made by an anonymous source from the federal government contacted by ABC News. That source said that an IT employee working for San Bernardino County was not instructed by the FBI to attempt a password reset for Syed Farook’s iCloud:

The auto reset was executed by a county information technology employee, according to a federal official. Federal investigators only found out about the reset after it had occurred and that the county employee acted on his own, not on the orders of federal authorities, the source said.
Gizmodo was on a call with Apple executives late last night under strange conditions that there would be no direct quotes and no names. They used the word “government” when referring to who bungled the opportunity to force the back-up to iCloud. At the time, it seemed Apple was referring to the FBI without saying so directly. But Farook’s employer was the San Bernardino Department of Health, which is also a government agency...........

Further the pro Zionist and pro Israel CIA controlled Barack Obama government is using all this disinfo to get access to cracking the Apple Iphone code so as to be able to spy on innocent citizens who wish to hold on to what little privacy they have left.

Just since posting  below the latest ABC News article re U.S.gov VS. Apple and San Bernardino County's role in making that data inaccessible without resort to Apple having to disclose info the U.S.gov and FBI,NSA,CIA, et.al. that violates privacy of all Iphone users I found this article today about U.S.Navy hero brother Syed Farook and his Russian Israeli wife who address was also used as the address of Enrique Marquez and his Russian Israeli wife and sister of Farook's wife just had their house searched by the FBI.
THE ARTICLE GIVES WIFE'S NAME AND MENTIONS THAT HER SISTER AND  MARQUEZ USED THE SAME ADDRESS FOR THEIR FAKE MARRIAGE FOR IMMIGRATION PURPOSES
BUT OF COURSE CENSORS THE FACT THAT THE WIVES HAVE ISAELI OR EVEN RUSSIAN CONNECTION........

San Bernardino Shooter's Apple ID Passcode Changed While in Government Possession, Apple Says

The Apple ID passcode for the San Bernardino shooter's iPhone was changed less than 24 hours after authorities took possession of the device, a senior Apple executive said today.
And Apple could have recovered information from the phone had the Apple ID passcode not been changed, Apple said.
If the phone was taken to a location where it recognized the Wi-Fi network, such as the San Bernardino shooters' home, it could have been backed up to the cloud, Apple suggested.

The Justice Department acknowledged in its court filing that the passcode of Syed Farook's iCloud account had been reset. The filing states, "the owner [San Bernardino County Department of Public Health], in an attempt to gain access to some information in the hours after the attack, was able to reset the password remotely, but that had the effect of eliminating the possibility of an auto-backup."
The auto reset was executed by a county information technology employee, according to a federal official. Federal investigators only found out about the reset after it had occurred and that the county employee acted on his own, not on the orders of federal authorities, the source said.
Apple executives say the phone was in the possession of the government when that passcode was reset. A federal official familiar with the investigation confirmed that federal investigators were indeed in possession of the phone when the reset occurred.....................

Brother of San Bernardino shooter's home searched by FBI

CORONA, Calif. (AP) — An hours-long search of a Southern California home brought the San Bernardino terror attack suddenly back into public view.
The FBI on Thursday served a search warrant at the Corona home of Syed Raheel Farrok — the brother of gunman Syed Rizwan Farook.
Curious neighbors and media outlets captured images of at least a dozen investigators carting out armloads of thick manila envelopes, a computer tower and an unidentifiable object so heavy it took two men to carry.
Raheel Farook, a military veteran who earned medals for fighting global terrorism, was not arrested and has not been named a suspect.
The warrant is sealed, and FBI spokeswoman Laura Eimiller would not disclose any information other than to confirm a search was conducted in an ongoing investigation.
The widespread probe into the shootings has largely been progressing behind the scenes, with agents conducting hundreds of interviews and analyzing mounds of evidence.
Messages left for attorneys representing the Farook family were not immediately returned.
One of his neighbors, Stacy Mozer, described Raheel Farook and his wife, Tatiana, as ideal neighbors. The couple drove another neighbor to doctor's appointments last year when she had cancer surgery, treated her to meals out and fetched her prescriptions for her, even paying for them, he said.
The couple frequently strolled with their 1-year-old daughter around the community of townhomes and took her to the pool.
"I would find it very hard to believe that they would be involved in any way," he said. "I do know that if you have a family member, you don't have control of their lives, and I don't think they had control of their brother's life."

Mozer said the family's home was searched twice after the December shooting, and authorities broke down the door on an earlier occasion.
To serve a search warrant, authorities must have probable cause that a crime was committed and items connected to the crime are likely to be found at the location.
Syed Rizwan Farook and his wife, Tashfeen Malik, opened fire Dec. 2 at a meeting of his San Bernardino County co-workers. They died hours later in a shootout with police. The 14 people killed marked the deadliest terror attack on U.S. soil since Sept. 11, 2001.
Farook's family has said it knew nothing of the plot.
The search of the Farook home came a day after Apple CEO Tim Cook said the company would fight federal government efforts to help the FBI hack into an iPhone used by the gunman.
So far, the only person charged in connection with the attack is Enrique Marquez, a friend and former neighbor of Rizwan Farook's. Marquez is charged with providing the assault rifles used in the massacre, making false statements about when he bought the weapons and conspiring with Rizwan Farook on a pair of previously planned attacks that were never carried out.
Marquez also faces charges of marriage fraud and lying on immigration paperwork. The FBI said he acknowledged that he was paid $200 a month to marry the sister of Raheel Farook's wife, and he lied on immigration papers that he lived with her so she could stay in the U.S.

Marquez and his wife listed their address at the same Corona home that was searched by the FBI on Thursday.

A federal official familiar with the investigation confirmed that federal investigators were indeed in possession of the phone when the reset occurred.
Missing the opportunity for a backup was crucial because some of the information stored on the phone would have been backed up to the iCloud and could have potentially been retrieved. According to court records, the iPhone had not been backed up since Oct. 19, 2015, one-and-a-half months before the attack and that this “indicates to the FBI that Farook may have disabled the automatic iCloud backup function to hide evidence.”
The government got a warrant to search the car and get the phone in the early morning hours of Dec. 3, 2015, at 2:27 a.m. -- the day after the attack.
The development comes as the Justice Department is pushing forward with its legal fight against Apple, urging a federal judge to compel the tech giant to help the FBI crack open a cellphone left behind by one of the San Bernardino, California, shooters.
Farook, who along with his wife, Tashfeen Malik, launched a deadly assault on Dec. 2, 2015, killing 14 of Farook's coworkers at a holiday party.
Prosecutors said Farook's device could be encrypted to the point that its content would be "permanently inaccessible," and, "Apple has the exclusive technical means which would assist the government in completing its search."
After the court order, Apple quickly vowed to challenge the decision.
"The United States government has demanded that Apple take an unprecedented step which threatens the security of our customers," Apple CEO Tim Cook said in a statement to customers Tuesday night. "[T]his order ... has implications far beyond the legal case at hand."
"The FBI wants us to make a new version of the iPhone operating system, circumventing several important security features, and install it on [the shooter's] iPhone," Cook added. "In the wrong hands, this software -- which does not exist today -- would have the potential to unlock any iPhone in someone’s physical possession."
In addition, all of the personal and sensitive information on customers' phones "needs to be protected from hackers and criminals who want to access it, steal it, and use it without our knowledge or permission," Cook wrote.
If the battle between the FBI and Apple continues, it's a matter that could work its way up to the U.S. Supreme Court.
