It was a lot of years ago that I wrote to Ted Turner and sent him my essay titled 'The Ppe's Misconceptions about Conception And Science History', that I later got printed in the Berkley Daily Californian when Pope John Paul was in San Francisco in 1987.He did send a brief and thoughtful response but my hope that it would see the light of mass media was for nought.However he was much more human and less distant than most media magnates and I believe he indeed was set up to lose his media position for the very reason that his human-ness was exactly what the international billionaire elite and financial-military-industrial complex was and remains opposed to.
