What a bad joke that 'Rhodes scholar' James Dale Davidson has been operating his penny stock pump and dump scams using mail fraud and, in the last couple of decades internet fraud, to promote worthless shares through his many Agora Inc connected scam websites with many of these worthless shares held and dumped on defrauded investors right from the National Taxpayers Union office a few blocks from the main office of the SEC in Alexandria,Virginia.It would be hard to believe that his many stock and mortgage and gold and other myriad financial scams don't at least equal if not far exceed those of SEC insider Bernie Madoff himself!

On the other hand, you would need more than just yourself if you were to count by fingers how many penny stocks, especially Chinese based ones, Wasserman has been involved with as the sitting CFO or secretary. Wasserman currently serves as the CFO of Oriental Dragon Corp. since June 2010,
