Then why are seven included in the Newtown land line 911 call release--only one of which was from an actual land line, the second of which was a duplicate of the first, and the remainder which were cellphone transfers, not land line?

In March of 2013, Newtown E911 director Maureen Will made a rather startling public statement that has apparently gone unnoticed:

"[T]he Connecticut 911 director explained that her office only received four calls concerning the school shooting on December 14.

At approximately 9:35 a.m., 911 received a call stating the principal had already been killed.

At 9:37, a janitor reported that there may be multiple shooters, and at

9:39, a teacher, who was later killed, called to inform 911 that she was hiding her students in a closet. The Newtown director would not discuss the fourth call."

Now we know why officials released cellphone transfers as "Newtown landline" calls--as we suggested, it was to cover up the questionable suggestion that there was only one land line call made from Sandy Hook School. Another possibility is that some of these calls, too, were cellphone transfers, and simply omitted from both the Newtown and CSP records. This would mean Newtown police and state police conspired to eliminate or destroy evidence (or that Stephen Sedensky did it on their behalf).

New questions:

1. Who called 911 from a land line at 9:35 stating Dawn Hochsprung had perished, and where is this call? One possibility is Natalie Hammond--there have been occasional references (propagandist mistakes?) to her calling 911, which would now make sense.

2. Where is the janitor's call at 9:37 reporting multiple shooters, ostensibly from a hallway or office land line? There has been confusion over Rick Thorne's calls and movements--maybe this is one reason why.

3. Which teacher, later deceased, called 911 from a classroom land line? As we asked before, what are the odds neither Ms. Soto nor Ms. Rousseau nor any of their assistants called 911? Is this most likely from Room 8?

The woman who made Maureen Will's (Newtown EMS director's) speech public is Kannetha Clem.

During the three-day GECC (Georgia Emergency Communications Conference), Newtown, Connecticut E911 Director Maurine Will spoke publicly for the first time since that tragedy at Sandy Hook Elementary School on December 14. Though the presentation in Athens could not be recorded in any way, Clem assembled some notes comparing Newtown’s 911 to our headquarters in Sylvester.

Last Friday morning, Worth County E911 Director Kannetha Clem was asked to meet with the Board of Commissioners at 1 p.m. Though Mrs. Clem was currently out on sick leave, she chose to be present for the meeting.
Commissioners Joe Gaines and Mack Sutton explained to Mrs. Clem that it was a “concensus of the Board” that her servies were no longer needed and cited specifically referenced a post on her personal facebook page as well as her “overall general attitude”. Clem refused to resign, so she was suspended with pay until the Board could meet for a vote.

Newtown maintains an active shooter policy and holds one training exercise per month while Worth County currently has no protocol to handle such a terrible event.

Will went on to emphasize the importance of implementing a “mass casualty plan,” and stated that her 911 center had just set up such a plan two days before the shooting took place.

Really, really want to get Clem's full notes, and/or notes from other conference attendees. It was when trying to track her down that I found out she'd been fired.

I would recommend scouring the web (some more) for any talks given by Maureen Will and the EMS side of things, as well as of course the LE side. Some of the most revealing info to date has come from unintentional release of details during LE conferences; I guess the same must be true of EMS conferences.

Looks like she may have had other things going on (allegedly she was fired for referring to the criminal records of some new hires), but again this may be an excuse. Hard to know. The cty atty did say in his resignation statement that she had done the right thing by exposing the criminal records--maybe this doesn't have to do with Sandy Hook.

But giving a story to the local paper saying Maureen Will listed (henceforth secret) 911 calls, one coming from a teacher who later died?? And that a janitor reported multiple shooters?

I don't know. Just another Sandy Hook coincidence?.................
