The following report is largely based on a tweet from the Boston Globe regarding a controlled explosion on the same day of the Marathon.

 
GR Editor’s Note.  The following report is largely based on a tweet from the Boston Globe regarding a controlled explosion on the same day of the Marathon. This information quoting the Boston Globe has so far not been confirmed by other media reports.
What’s not yet being reported by the mainstream media is that a “controlled explosion” was under way on the same day as the marathon explosion.
As the Boston Globe tweeted today, “Officials: There will be a controlled explosion opposite the library within one minute as part of bomb squad activities.”
Some people believe this explosion might have been part of the demolition of another bomb. It seems unlikely, however, that a bomb at the library, one mile away, could be so quickly located and rigged to be exploded by the bomb squad in less than one hour following the initial explosions at the marathon.
Bloomberg news is now saying, “This is very likely a terrorist attack.”
The question is: Who are the terrorists? It’s far too early to take an informed guess on all this. However, it is indisputable that the FBI is actively engaged in carrying out bomb plots in the United States, then halting them at the last minute to “catch the terrorists.” This fact has been covered by the New York Times, among other publications.............

Reportedly, during a Boston Police Department press conference, Dan Bidondi, of InfoWars, asked if the Boston bombing was a "false flag" attack.

Bidondi asked why, moments before the bombs went off, the loud speakers told people in the audience to be calm.
Alex Jones, of InfoWars, notes that Boston has special significance in American history, and it’s from where two of the planes took off on 9/11.

According to Local 15, a news station in Mobile, Alabama, the University of Mobile’s cross country coach Ali Stevenson saw bomb sniffing dogs at the start and finish line.

Stevenson told Local 15 that "they kept making announcements to the participants do not worry, it’s just a training exercise."
Stevenson also said that he saw spotters on the rooftops during the start of the race and much more security than the usual marathon.

link below a reporter asks Dr. Peter J. Fagenholz of Massachusetts General
Hospital about his colleagues saying that all the doctors at MGH had been
trained by Israeli Disaster First Responders. The Dr. replied that he had not

About five years ago, administrators said,
they realized they needed to upgrade disaster-response training. “We ­obviously
have a limited experience with explosions in an ­urban area,” said Dr.
Alasdair Conn, Mass. General’s chief of emergency services.
“The Israelis, unfortunately, have this
several times a year, and we asked their disaster-response teams to come and
help us upgrade our disaster response,” Conn said. “And I’m very pleased that
we went through that orientation and additional training.”
