The Abu Ghraib-Titan- 9/11 Connection (TortureGate vs.
9/11)
By Ewing 2001 (*continuing updates in Addendum)

TortureGate -suspects still at work)
The scandal of Abu Ghraib is currently only connected with 4 main
suspects, but how far do the tracks really go?:
2 members of the South Bend?s 428th Military Police Company; and 2
employees of two private intelligence contractors:
Titan Corporation and CACI.
South Bend is a regular partner of the Intelligence Department of
the Government.
In October 2001, the unit was already mobilized for a Homeland
Security mission at Fort Hood, Texas.
Furthermore, Titan's connection with the "Torture-scandal" in Iraq
shows another deeper connection with the Pentagon, than most people
expect, but also with the Intelligence and the "9/11
attacks"...
There are not many individual names mentioned yet, so far the head
of the army's military intelligence unit in Baghdad, Colonel Thomas
Pappas, and defence contractor Steven Stephanowicz (According to
Australian News he works for
CACI).
There are no pictures of Stefanowicz but General Taguba's words
clearly illustrate his role inside Abu Ghraib.
Abu Ghraib is not just a political scandal.
Some Neocon experts think, that the "pictures" of Abu Ghraib (many
described it already as a modern "concentration camp") are just
another trigger (besides Fallujah and other "well synchronised
attacks worldwide") for PNAC's WW4-plan (Podhoretz, Woolsey), and
there seems to be also another cover-up, probably the real reason,
why Rumsfeld is distracting now so fast from his Intelligence
Contractors.
CACI, main suspect of the "torture organisation", has interesting
members on their board.
They have
ties with the DoD's Business Board, the Air
Force Advisory Group, Sandia National Laboratory, Dominion
Resources, Inc., an integrated gas and electric company, Texas Gas
Resources Group, TRW?s Avionics and Surveillance Group, AMBO, LLC,
an Albanian, Macedonian and Bulgarian Oil Company, PharmaKinetics
Labs, Inc., the Air Force and
the NSA
As a matter of fact, Barbara A. McNamara (Outside Director) -
served as NSA's Special U.S. Liaison Officer in London England
until August 2003.
The whole story seems to be complex, but maybe it's not complicated
at all:
We might find the final dots for 9/11!
It will be not far stretched at all:
Titan Corporation, the other suspect, is a a high tech military
company based in San Diego, and also satellite- and security system
specialist.
In the Taguba report, which described the Torture details in Abu
Ghraib,
is another individual subject named called "John Israel".
In the report he is mistakenly identified as a CACI employee.
Only in the annex on the last page is he noted as being with Titan
Corp.
Founded in 1981, Titan headquartered in San
Diego, is a leading provider of comprehensive information and
communications systems solutions and services to the Department of
Defense, intelligence agencies, and other federal government
customers.
To see the interesting connection between Titan, 9/11 and the
Pentagon, we first have to go back 4 years.
On
September 19th, 2000, Govexec.com describes a
"never before seen" level of cooperation between the FBI, the CIA,
and the Pentagon, that is expected to be involved in
"Project
Trailblazer"," an initiative to develop a 21st-century "signals
intelligence" system that can crack new encryption software,
hard-to-tap fiber-optic cables, and cellular phone transmissions"
and able "to fight terrorism", referring already to Bin Laden and
his"millennium plot" ("Y2K terrorist operation").
In 2001, the Trailblazer program was developed under the order of
the NRO, with sub contractor
Booz Allen Hamilton and took
partly place in the wing of the Pentagon, which was later
officially hit by "Flight77".
Booz is a high rank "member" of military and intelligence.
They're also Corporate Member of the National Military Intelligence
Association.
On August 8, 2001, two days after Bush received a new
PDB with a clear
warning on Bin Laden; Booz, Allen, & Hamilton employee
named
James R. Clapper as head of NIMA (the National Imagery
and Mapping Agency - the 'eyes of America').
(see also
"9/11 -The lost war drill?"
Clapper, leads this project for the NRO (
National
Reconnaissance Office), which at the same time not only
develops new satellite capabilities (A NRO payload launched into
space on September 8, 2001), but also worked on a terror drill for
September 11th (9 AM), crashing planes into the headquarters, as
later confirmed by NRO Officer John Fulton.
When BoozAllen started to work for the
NRO, it was well known, that they also had been a client of
Blessed Relief, the charity
said to be a front for
Osama
Bin Laden. However, this seemed to be not a problem for the
NRO.
On September 11th,
Booz
Allen Hamilton lost 3 employees in the Pentagon :
Gerald Fisher, Terence Lynch, and Ernest Willcher.
They apparently worked for the government on
Trailblazer 1
(which included also another sub cover project, called "Soldier
Benefits Tool").
In the same building, Scott Powell and Edmond Young, working for
BTG
Inc, died on the same day.
In April 2001 BTG aquired RPI, which was working on exercises to
respond to possible chemical or biological terrorist attacks.
Only 9 days after Sep11th, it was reason enough that
BTG
announced to be aquired by
Titan Corporation.
It was also Titan, who provided their disinfection systems to Post
Offices in October 2001, after anthrax was discovered in
mailings
to members of Congress and journalists.
But the Titan Connection with the department of the Pentagon, which
was working on Trailblazer was older than September 2001.
Another
"original NSA-plan" for "Trailblazer" was from
2 April 2001, then described as a "program to develop analytic
capabilities to meet the challenge of rapidly evolving, modern
telecommunications", prime contracts were awarded to Booz Allen
& Hamilton, Inc. ,
Lockheed Martin
Corporation and TRW.
Trailblazer was much more than just an advanced "spy and satellite
program".
Already in September 2000,
SpaceNewsFeed revealed, that Trailblazer is part of
the "Trans Orbital Lunar GPS Experiment".
TransOrbital's private, robotic 2001 TrailBlazer's prime
mission is to return HDTV video from lunar orbit for use as
commercial products. The privately held company is conducting the
2001 TrailBlazer Project as a for-profit Space Venture and will
produce various video and other products.
As announced, the "2001 TrailBlazer spacecraft will not rely upon
GPS data for its navigation at the moon, but instead will use
established means of navigation".
It is not clear, how long before Sep 2001, Titan Corporation was
connected with Trailblazer, but one public document mentioned them
in March 2001.
Probably Titan was back and forth involved with many other sub
contractors they used, to keep in strong touch with the
program.
On
June 14th, 2001,
Logicon TASC, a
Northrop Grumman company, has won a $75 million contract with the
Pentagon.
But already two months earlier, in March 2001, Logicon TASC
announced it had won another "five-year, $57 million contract"
(possibly the same) "with a U.S. intelligence agency to provide
systems engineering and technical assistance (SETA) support for
Trailblazer".
The Logicon TASC team included a long list of sub contractors,
among them Veridian, e-voting specialist Electronic Data Systems
Corp, SRS Technologies
and Titan Systems Corp.
By now, it appears odd, that this high tech spy team around Booz,
the NRO and the Pentagon, was not able to protect themselves on
Sep11th. Neither an early evacuation was arranged or the
"observation" of the "hijacked planes" had been recognised in
time.
One of another Trailblazer partner, TRW and their subsidiary,
Peter Peterson's Blackstone Group, had similar
"problems".
In October 2000, they obtained the mortgage of WTC 7, a building
which then turned into a military complex, with offices on the 23rd
floor by the CIA and DoD.
However, the CIA wasn't able to protect the building on
Sep11th.
More odd, the complete building collapsed at 5:25 PM on that day
under yet unexplained reasons. NIST, asked by INN World Report in
February 2004 in New York, answered, they would look into these
circumstances.
The NSA originally selected one of the Pentagon's top Private
Military Contractrors,
SAIC-led Digital Network Intelligence
(DNI) Enterprise team that includes Northrop Grumman Corporation,
Booz Allen Hamilton Inc., The Boeing Company , Computer Sciences
Corporation (later owner of DynCorp) and SAIC wholly-owned
subsidiary Telcordia Technologies to contribute to the
modernization of the NSA's signals intelligence capabilities.
In October 2002, SAIC
officially announced the contract award from the
National Security Agency (NSA) to be the provider of the technology
demonstration platform (TDP) phase of the TRAILBLAZER program.
At that time, it wasn't well known for the public, that the Program
was already developed since 2 years.
The myth, the Pentagon was victim of incompetence and negligence on
Sep11th, does still circulate around.
Since Mid 2002, Booz Allen Hamilton (also another specialist of
anti-terror drills) has ex-CIA and PNAC member
James Woolsey
as one of their directors, the other is Dale Watson (ex-FBIHQ), who
was recently accused by many different people as part of the 9/11
Cover-up: ex-FBI Whistleblower Sibel Edmonds or Richard Clarke but
also, less implicating ex-FBI Thomas Pickard.
Titan profits enormous from their NSA connection.
In November 2002, the NSA selected Titan as
prime contractor "for the Enterprise Architecture and Decision
Support (EADS) program having a potential value of $533 million
over a 24-month base period and five options."
Meanwhile, the Trailblazer program developed into another
experimental and mysterious level.
In May 2004, The MITRE Corporation, working together with the DMSO
(Defense Modeling and Simulation Office),
describes it now as "simulations to support a
specific example experiment. The example experiment was modeled on
a J-6-sponsored LIVEX that was planned and conducted in parallel,
and largely independently of the "Trailblazer" effort."
May 2004:
Apparently in the same month, one employee from Titan is in
trouble, involved in one of the biggest "cover-up" scandals of Iraq
so far: "TortureGate".
His name is officially "John Israel".
John's background is most obscure.
The
International Herald Tribune connects him also with
another "Titan translator, a former taxi driver working at the
U.S. detention center at Guant?namo Bay, Cuba"
This cab driver was already "arrested on charges of espionage last
year. "The translator with no security clearance who is implicated
in the Abu Ghraib scandal, John Israel, worked for a Titan
subcontractor, the company said."
The Case Abu Ghraib might develop faster than some lefties,
partisans or non 9/11 skeptics hope.
Probably Donald Rumsfeld's "resignation" is already just the last
chance, for yet another cover scheme of the never ending ties of
9/11- and war PMC- profiteers.
Or should we better say: The never ending intelligence 9/11
cover-up?
For those non 9/11 skeptics another Flashback:
1998:
Controversy breaks out over the alleged NSA
"Echelon" project, which privacy groups describe as a worldwide
surveillance network that eavesdrops on all communications
traffic.
2000:
NSA director
Lt. Gen. Michael Hayden testifies before the
House intelligence committee. He says media reports that the NSA
collects all electronic communications, spies on U.S. citizens and
provides intelligence information to U.S. companies are "false or
misleading." However, Hayden and CIA director George Tenet, who
also testifies, neither confirm nor deny the existence of the
Echelon system.
What happened?
January 24, 2000:
Lt. Gen. Michael V. Hayden
was still new on the job -- just finishing his
10th month as director of the National Security Agency -- but he
did not need a duty officer to explain the implications of his
computer problem. The agency's constellation of spy satellites and
its giant listening stations on five continents were still
vacuuming communications out of the ether...
The NSA was intended to be the world's premier SIGINT agency,
encoding American secret communications while stealing and decoding
other nations.
By the end of March 2001, according to another mainstream source,
Washington
Post, "the NSA began its first major push to involve the
private sector in development of new
SIGINT technology with
an initiative it called Trailblazer".
A soft political mainstream campaign goes around in the circles of
Senate Intelligence Committees:
The NSA
announced in the same month, that "Trailblazer is one
of its major modernization efforts to the Signals Intelligence
(SIGINT) programs."
The NSA is by now convinced to be prepared against any terrorist
attack.
In the same year, one of their partner
ANSER started to
create already before Sep11th, the "Institute for Homeland
Security" (between 1999 and early 2001) and organised anti-terror
drills.
So did the Pentagon, the NRO and the CIA.
April 2001:
NORAD officially "postponed" a terror drill:
"hijack a commercial airline [sic] (foreign carrier) and fly it
into the Pentagon."
May 2001
The DiLorenzo clinic's tri-service staff participated in the
simulation exercise "Tricare" for the possibility crash of a Boeing
757 airliner into the U.S. military headquarters
June 2001
BioTerror Drill
DARK WINTER,
with ex-CIA
James
Woolsey (Later BoozAllen)
June 2001:
"Amalgam Virgo
01" . Anti-Terror Drill against Bin Laden
August 6th:
Bush received the famous "PDB", which is originally 11.5 pages
long.
Only 1.5 pages got released, but almost 3 years later.
September 10th, 2001:
According to an MSNBC Report, a group of top Pentagon officials
suddenly cancelled travel plans for the next morning, apparently
because of security concerns.
Many other reports will also later confirm, that the NSA
intercepted an important message:
"Tomorrow is Zero Day".
(It is not clear, if the NSA used one of the
Cryptographic
Equipments, which they also
approved for Titan Corporation.)

Titan Timeline
On
August 14,
1997, Titan Corporation announced that it has been awarded a
contract from the FAA Air Traffic Service for data integration and
design/development of the first Air Traffic component of an
Executive Information System.
Commenting on the announcement, Titan President and Chief Executive
Officer Gene W. Ray stated, "This follow-on order from the FAA is
indicative of the success Titan Software Systems...
On April 16th, 1998,
Matthew L.Wald writes in the NY Times about the delay
of "air traffic modernization project", which involves installation
of new radar screens and related equipment at 20 air traffic
control centers across country; FAA wants to replace old equipment
because it is prone to breakdown, and many replacement parts are no
longer mad".
Matthew L.
Wald is a Washington correspondent of The Times who writes
frequently on nuclear power.
Wald
recently got popular by writing about the
destroyed FAA tapes from 9/11.
On
June 29, 1998, Titan Corporation and PointCast
Incorporated, the leading broadcaster of personalized news and
information to business consumers, have partnered to build an
intranet solution for the Air Traffic Service organization of the
Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). The customized channel,
called the "Executive Information System", will deliver
time-sensitive data essential to day-to-day management as well as
long-term planning of the air traffic system.
The FAA's Air Traffic Service is responsible for air traffic
control operations throughout the United States and encompasses
more than 24,000 employees and 500 facilities nationwide.
Titan Software Systems, a subsidiary of Titan, is one of
PointCast's 5 Premier Solution Partners.
Titan
developed the "FPC-FAA FY 2000 database application", which
works on the "FAA Supplier Parent Active View Screen".
In 2000, Titan remained the 20th largest FAA contractor "because
BTG has no FAA contracts".
On
Oct. 27,
2001, the United States Postal Service (USPS) announced a
contract with the Titan Corporation of San Diego for the purchase
of eight electron beam sterilization systems for use in sanitizing
the US Mail.
Updates:
Woolsey-Titan Connection etc...
James Woolsey (ex-CIA) was, in 1985, one of seven directors of the
Titan Corporation, see also Counterpunch
During Woolsey's tenure as Intelligence Director he was responsible

In 1994, MTC, Dayton, Ohio,
was being awarded a $50,000,000 "indefinite
quantity contract" with the DoD:
"This contract provides for support services in the areas of
acquisition management, management operations, and test and
evaluation for the Aeronautical Systems Center
at
Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. Contract is expected to
be completed December 1999."
Veridian Inc.
Since June 14th, 2001, Veridian became one of Logicon TASC's
(Northrop Grumman) sub contractors for Trailblazer, the program,
which was partly developed under the NRO in the Pentagon wing,
which was later officially hit by "Flight 77".
On January 30,
2003 American Management Systems, Inc. (*) (a global business
and IT consulting firm), and Veridian Corp. announced that the
Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR) has "successfully
carried out one of the first state-wide cyber attack simulations,
in preparation for the possibility that terrorists could sabotage
critical government computer systems".
Results of the Cyber drill, will be used to strengthen the
"emergency preparedness program" for state and local government
entities.
(* On March 10th, 2004, CGI and
CACI Corporation are buying American Management Systems.
CACI gets the AMS Defense and Intelligence Group.
CGI Group is an IT consulting firm.)
On August 11, 2003,
General Dynamics Corporation announced that its
acquisition of Veridian Corporation was completed.
As a result, Veridian's four divisions have joined the General
Dynamics Information Systems and Technology group.
The former Veridian Engineering, Information Solutions and Systems
divisions are now part of General Dynamics Advanced Information
Systems.
Veridian derives from the Latin word veri, meaning "truth."
On cached websites we learn the
following infos from their board of

While
I already exposed VeteransToday's Gordon Duff for his ties with ex CIA
George Tenet who besides being involved with CIA,Rothschild money
launderers of Agora Inc also helped lie us into Iraq and the Middle East
wars for Israel and VT's Gilad Atzmon for being a relative of Israeli
9/11 terrorist Menachem Atzmon at least that digital rag is correct
about Israel below.I still consider Veterans Today itself to be made up
of agent sabateurs for the U.S.,NATO,Israeli fascists.Assange has
covered up for Israelis and those who committed 9/11 and has never
mentioned ICTS International nor Israeli IT companieds involved such as
Odigo who are now part of NSA.Ed Snowden on the other hand has at least
mentioned Israel in context to NSA.
Also
no reason to believe any Saudi terrorists or Egyptian Mohamed Atta even
boarded flighrts 11 and 175 at John Kerry's et.al.'s Logan Airpot
Boston on 9/11 if the Israeli Shin
Bet or Mossad terrorists of ICTS International t in control of that
airport never provided any video survellance tapes showing them boarding
that day so Veterans Today and Gordon Duff's disinfo agent Jim Dean
below is just thowing out more BS:
